Target-HIC
Packing overview:The target HIC series of hydrophobic interaction chromatographic columns are specially designed and developed for the efficient separation of proteins, oligonucleotides and peptides.
As shown in the table below, the target HIC series is composed of two kinds of ligands (butyl and phenyl) with different hydrophobicity from low to high, which are bonded to PS / DVB packings by butyl.Hydrophobic packing without pore and narrow particle size distribution can effectively isolate proteins such as monoclonal antibody (mAb), antibody coupled drug (ADC), DNA and oligonucleotide related protein fragments.

The characteristics of target HIC series hydrophobic interaction column are as follows
1) Monodisperse granular filler with high column efficiency and high resolution
2) Three kinds of particle size selection: 1.7, 5 and 10 μ m, meeting the requirements of UPLC, HPLC analysis and semi preparation
3) PH range: 2 ~ 9
4) High pressure resistance: 5 um particle size packing can withstand 5000 psi
5) It is especially suitable for the separation and analysis of monoclonal antibody and its antibody conjugate (ADC)

The chromatographic conditions were as follows
Chromatographic : target hicb 5um 4.6 * 50mm
Mobile phase: a (2m ammonium sulfate in 0.1M sodium phosphate, pH7.0), B (0.1M phosphate, pH7.0)
Gradient: 0-15min (0-100% B), 15-20min (100% B);
Flow rate: 0.4ml/min
Detector: UV @ 214nm
Temperature: 25 ℃
Samples: ovalbumin (1.0 mg / ml), chymotrypsiongen (0.5 mg / ml),
UL: 4ul
Excellent inter assay reproducibility:
The chromatographic conditions were as follows

Mobile phase: a (2m ammonium sulfate in 0.025m sodium phosphate, pH 7.0), B (0.025m sodium phosphate, pH7.0), C (IPA, 100%)
