Target-sax (II)a special column for sodium chondroitin sulfate, is prepared by bonding quaternary ammonium strong anion exchange groups on silica gel with high purity silica gel as the matrix and good mechanical stability. Chromatographic column: target SAX (L) 5μm, 4.6 × 250 mm
Mobile phase: A: H2O (adjust pH of hydrochloric acid to 3.5)
B: 2mol / L sodium chloride solution (adjust pH of hydrochloric acid to 3.5)
Flow rate: 1.0ml/min
Column temperature: 45℃
Detection: UV 232nm
